Private Duty Home Care & Post-op Care
Pricing will be discussed during consultation. Pricing varies between home care clients and post-operative clients.
At Hidden Angels, I provide short-term, private duty care directly. If families later want assistance finding ongoing support, I offer placement as a separate service. At this time, I am focusing on private duty and cosmetic post-operative clients while my business relationships with facilities and referral partners are forming.
Caregiver Placement Fee
$1,500 - One-Time, Flat Fee
This fee covers the full placement process, including:
Personalized care consultation
Custom caregiver matching based on needs, schedule, personality, and specialty
Access to a vetted network of experienced caregivers
Interview coordination
Reference and background confirmation
Smooth transition support until care is established
A $150 non-refundable screening fee is required prior to initiating background checks and caregiver screening. Optional screenings, such as drug testing, are available upon request for an additional fee. The placement fee is paid once a family approves the caregiver match and the placement is finalized.

Caregiver Rates:
Caregivers set their own hourly rates, typically ranging between:
$22-$30/ hour
(Depending on experience, care level, and schedule)
This ensures families can choose someone who fits both their care needs and their budget.
Payment:
Families may interview caregivers prior to placement. Once a caregiver is selected, a non-refundable screening fee is required before background checks or optional screenings are initiated. The placement fee is due once screening is completed and the placement start date is confirmed.
Guarantee:
If the match doesn’t work out within the first 14 days, I rematch the family at no additional cost.
