Hi, I’m Brittany.

I’m a Certified Nursing Assistant with years of hands-on experience in rehabilitation, home care, recovery support, and private caregiving.

Over the years, I’ve worked closely with both families and caregivers during some of the most overwhelming and emotionally demanding transitions life can bring.

Through that experience, I saw firsthand how confusing and unsupported many people feel when trying to navigate home care, caregiver management, and the realities of working in healthcare.

That’s why I created Hidden Angels.

My goal is to provide practical guidance, compassionate support, and real-world insight for:

  • families trying to organize safe and sustainable care at home

  • and caregivers looking to build healthier, more independent careers outside of burnout-heavy environments
